This open sandwich is very easy to make.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
1 each – onion, red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers and tomato
2 tbsp semolina (Rava)
2 tbsp fresh cream or sour cream optional
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
Oil or butter
Salt to Taste
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the vegetables finely chopped.
2. Add green chili, salt, cream, 2 tbsp semolina, coriander and Mix well
3. Apply the mixture on one side of bread slice and put in the frying pan and shallow fry both the sides of bread on medium flame with half spoon oil or butter.
4. This are the open sandwiches which children love as it tastes great and colorful. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
